HUNA 1: Hawaiian Knowledge for a Successful Life

Love, happiness, health and success—the desire for a meaningful, successful life is as old as humanity. HUNA, one of the oldest wisdom teachings in the world, shows us how we are able to consciously and determined create the lifes we want. 

Huna means "mystery" or "hidden knowledge". This practical philosophy of life, handed down from the ancient Polynesians, is ever more important and helpful in today's world of complex challenges.

HUNA can be applied to all areas of life: in particular for personal growth, harmonious relationships and to achieve personal and professional goals.

Aims:

In the compact, two-day seminar you will learn the basic HUNA knowledge, as well as methods and techniques to put these valuable secrets into practice. You dive into the Aloha-Spirit Hawai'is, experiencing joy, serenity, loving connectedness and first successes in trying out the various HUNA tools. HUNA meditations integrate and deepen your knowledge and the practical seminar documentation makes it easier for you to successfully apply your favorite techniques in everyday life and to refresh your knowledge as needed.

HUNA–Level 2:  More Hawaiian Wisdom

​

Born in the islands of the Pacific, HUNA - this timeless path of loving power and powerful love teaches practical ways of creating reality that are just as effective today as they were in the ancient past. 

 

Even nowadays science (from neuroscience to the science of happiness) is finally testing ancient ways of training the mind (for example the mindfulness meditations originated in Buddhism) or body (Breathing exercises and the like) which are found as well in ancient HUNA practises.

Aims:
In this two-day follow-up compact workshop you will refresh some basic HUNA knowledge, as well as learn new methods and techniques to put these valuable secrets into practice. You'll dive again into the Aloha-Spirit, deepening joy, serenity, loving connectedness and practise new helpful and healing tools. You will integrate and deepen your knowledge with HUNA guided meditations. The detailed and practical german- english handout will make it easy for you to integrate your favourite techniques into everyday life and refresh your knowledge as needed.

Preconditions for HUNA-Level 2 participation: 

  • you have participated in one of the SunCoaching HUNA workshops or seminars OR

  • you have enrolled in any of Serge Kahili Kings workshops (on Hawaii or online) OR

  • you have participated in another  HUNA basic workshop OR

  • you are interested in HUNA and have a basic understanding of the HUNA principles and the 3 Selves
